Do a few minutes a day from 5 to 20 minutes and gradually move on to more advanced meditation. With all the school activities that a child is piled up with, a little time to meditate is needed daily.

Even if they do not yet have a very heavy workload, meeting new friends and a change in location can sometimes be too much for a child.
